e learning at nbcol

The usual view on the college environment is that technology and learning do not mix, or rather no one has the time to enable them to mix, and the outcome is a sleepy place with little drive to mosey into the 21st Century. However, one man changed that outlook if only for one day – it was worthwhile.

As part of CPD we had an Information Learning Technology fair

it was brilliant - if only because tutors listened and learned about new stuff going on in the world.
granted there were some glazed over expressions but there was also a lot of follow up interest, could this be NBCOL moving into the 21st Century?
i hope so.

i dont know where we will find the time, but we must have always found the time before and so we will again!
